Charter toasts 14,000 e-mail accounts honoring the 14,000 customers. Except the e-mails were toast as in torched as in nuked. How’s that for customer service.
Er, computer school 101………….BACK-UP your data! If I forget to back my information up, that is my perogative, but not a customer. Charter Communications, St Louis, MO, cannot even perform some magical computer repair on their network servers. Pretty scary.
Charter should contact us to outsource their computer and network needs.
Not to say we are perfect, but Net-Net Tech, LLC has not grown at a 30% annual rate for torching 14,000 e-mails.
