Cell Phone Car Usage Killed Like Victims

The Town and Country, MO (St. Louis County, MO) board of alderman shot down a bill introducing a ban on cell phone usage while driving  before it was even allowed for a vote.  Alderman John Hoffmann attempted to introduce the well publicized proposal.
