Michael Wise, computer chief for the City of St. Louis, Missouri is stepping down.  He is accused of favoritism for his son in an attempt to attain a job for him.

Wise was placed on leave about two months back and submitted his letter on the 25th of November.  Legal protection is guaranteed between the city and Mr. Wise.

The city’s computers may not be in need of repair, but Mr. Wise does.  The legal protection part is something that makes  no since.  If there is corruption and the city finds fault there should be a way to recover any damages or losses.
