Google’s Chrome Browser is Impressive

by Net-Net Editor on September 3, 2008

With back-to-back testing the Google Chrome browser is impressive.  The application is still in beta and will continue to beta for a while.  However, it is sound as we can tell.

Loading the application against FireFox is slightly quicker.  We have no scientific basis information to offer.  This is just from the naked eyeball.  FireFox has a new version due out at the end of this year so there will continue to be a wonderful compete in the industry.

Ultimately, the competition will provide you, the primary user, a pleasurable experience.  We ask our business customers to refrain from installing the application on their mission critical and production computers at this time in Saint Louis and St. Charles, MO.  Just to play it safe for now.  There is no reason to to cause a computer repair.

It sounds contradictive.  The product is good and appears extremely sound.  However, we will not move from our continued policy of using beta versions of any application on such important systems.
