Network 1 Communications Power By A Lamp Shade

Tim Huff, president of Fenton-based Network One Communications, was fined $30,000 by the SEC for past questionable business practices.  In short practices that were all hype and no substance.  This discovery is nothing new as there are enough posts, articles and information on the Internet to question the presidents’s alleged practices.

I attempt to remain neutral with certain things in business, but Network 1 Communications from the start with O’Fallon Wireless has made “sweetheart” deals with numerous cities throughout the St. Louis and St Charles County region.

I will continue an ongoing rehash of Mr. Huff’s past and will analyze current business deals.  Network 1 Communications has professional marketing services that inundate the media wires via press releases.  This is not unusual for Mr. Huff’s prior companies.  The inundations catch attention stimulating sales, but the pricing models Network 1 Communications has cannot compare to competitors on a ration of price versus speed.

There is a bit of subjectivity in my reporting.  However, evidence of Tim Huff’s past is enough to question what the deal is with the cities and Network 1 Communications.

More to come.
