Google Instant is a new interface for Google’s main page. The platform at first site is the traditional look Google has always presented. The challenge Google has taken is a step in predictive and instant results.
The results for Google Instant is dynamic. In other words, as you are typing, the results display on the screen. Go to Google and type the letter “W” and you’ll see almost instant results of your local weather.
Google continues to lead the market in search. I just read an article recently where the columnist stated Google would begin to decline in market share as real-time information was more accessible. I think not after seeing this technology.
I cannot say enough about the product. Of course, you’ll quickly become used to the technology. That is the whole intent. Google wants this simple and accepted as the standard.
Unfortunately, fedzilla is looking into Google closely with the “monopoly” perspective. Why would the justice department go after a company that is growing the economy, creating jobs, and continues to output the most innovative technology? If you believe Google is a monopolist, then lets discuss WalMart.
WalMart has taken over the country as the largest employer, second if you want to factor in fedzilla, and pushes small “Mom and Pop” shops out of business. That is another issue, but easily proven. Irony!
Get your computer searching and repair whatever search dilemma you have and you’ll get very “relevant” results that predictively seem to think for you.
