by Net-Net Tech, LLC on November 29, 2009

St. Louis technology enthusiasts and  professionals are now gathering in a leased facility in the old Lemp Brewery off of 904 Cherokee St, St. Louis, MO 63118.  The organization is registered as a non-profit in Missouri as Arch Reactor.

The organization is formed as a “hackerspace.”  Membership to join is tiered starting from no cost, $10 per month, $30 per month, and ranked as a “founding” member if you joined before the first lease was signed.  The groups motto is a space in St. Louis for artistic, technical, and educational pursuits.

The facility housing the group is modest, but they envision having a club for the high-tech equipped with miscellaneous electrical repair tools, tables for the various pieces of computer equipment and a lounge for the union of the nerd clans.
