<p>The organization is formed as a &#8220;<a title="Hackerspace defined" href="http://bit.ly/6SZh6e" target="_blank">hackerspace</a>.&#8221;  Membership to join is tiered starting from no cost, $10 per month, $30 per month, and ranked as a &#8220;founding&#8221; member if you joined before the first lease was signed.  The groups motto is <span id="slogan">a space <em>in St. Louis for artistic, technical, and educational pursuits</em>.</span></p>
<p><span>The facility housing the group is modest, but <a title="St. Louis Arch Reactor hacker space envisions an area of various items: source: St. Louis Post-Dispatch" href="http://bit.ly/63N0Ha" target="_blank">they envision having a club for the high-tech</a> equipped with miscellaneous electrical repair tools, tables for the various pieces of computer equipment and a lounge for the union of the nerd clans.<br />
