The Google brothers are playing around. Once college nerd buddies, now billionaire nerd buddies are googoo over life.

Larry Page, one of the two founders, dreams of a world with free wireless (WiFi) Internet airwaves. Larry is pushing the FCC to release airwaves for free Internet access. Larry envisions no wireless access points or routers necessary in your house if his dream comes true. After the TV set goes 100% digital in early 2009, a small portion of airwaves is necessary compared to what is currently used.

Currently our television channels are accessible via analog airwaves using traditional rabbit year antennas. Digital transmission for over-the-air broadcasting is much smaller. Thus leaving a large amount of airwaves not in use after the conversion to digital. The excess airwaves is what Mr. Page wants to see freely available.

Now the other Google co-founder, Sergey Brin, made a surprise visit in Russia. He is considering going into space as a private citizen. Brin put down a five million dollar deposit for a future space flight as early as 2011.

Life sure is rough for these two. All because they connected a couple of computers in their dorm rooms directly to the Internet. This was done after the two created some nerd-brained algorithm for searching with keywords on the Internet. My career is in need of repair. I wanna be there friend.
