<p>Er, computer school 101&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.BACK-UP your data!  If I forget to back my information up, that is my perogative, but not a customer.  <a href="http://www.charter.com" title="Charter Communications cannot recover 14,000 e-mail accounts with a bit of computer and network repair" target="_blank">Charter Communications</a>, St Louis, MO, cannot even perform some magical computer repair on their network servers.  Pretty scary.</p>
<p>Charter should contact us to outsource their computer and network needs.  <img src='http://www.netnetblog.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' title="icon smile" /> </p>
<p>Not to say we are perfect, but Net-Net Tech, LLC has not grown at a 30% annual rate for torching 14,000 e-mails.</p>
