<p>The legislation now figures it is time to place notifications on-line and not just the print media.  That means it will start as an idea, yada&#8230;yada&#8230;yada&#8230;., go to the hopper, committee, sub-committee, yada&#8230;.yada&#8230;.yada and you know the rest.</p>
<p>Sometimes the things that make the most sense make no sense.  $$$$$ out the door.  Those supporting the measure say <a href="http://bit.ly/9uIGUp" title="Public notifications under consideration for the Internet in Missouri."  target="_blank">it will save taxpayer&#8217;s money</a>.  No kidding.  It will take years to break-even first until it is released from hands of politicians.</p>
