A Missouri law banning anyone under the age of 21 goes into affect today. The absurdity of the law is both a waste of tax payer’s money and ironic.  My point, does the law promote the usage of text messaging over the age of 21.

Missouri Considers Text Messaging Law While Driving

The Missouri state legislature passed bill SB130, sponsored by Senator Ryan McKenna D-Crystal City, which restricts drivers under the age of 21 from text messaging while driving.
